“CENTER OF EXCELLENCE” provides professional development training, centered on biblical principles, to church organizations, businesses, and individuals. Our primary focus is excellence in the church, workplace, and home. Our goal is to promote higher standards, igniting a desire for personal and professional best. By sharpening the axe, we can rise to higher levels of God's standards.

EXCELLENCE IN THE CHURCH
As Christian's, we are the family of God. We need to take our place in the body of Christ and work in unity with our brothers and sisters. Scripture tells us to love one another, serve one another, pray for one another, equip one another, and encourage one another, holding one another accountable as we strive to fulfill God's purposes for our church and our individual lives. God's plan included the church. A church that functions to full potential.

As members we need to understand what our gifts and talents are, begin to develop them to full potential, and understand our specific role(s) in the body of believers we choose to worship with. Developing good communication skills, understanding where conflict comes from, and learning to deal wisely with it brings unity. Where there is unity, God can work.

A strong church is a church filled with lots of personality types, God's perfect design for his people. It is his design for all of us to complement each other, not to compete with one another. As we work closely together as a family, weaknesses and strengths arise, and differences occur. A strong body will demonstrate grace, patience, and appreciation for every member, and encourage participation in all the gifts to contribute to the effectiveness of the body of believers and the workings of the Holy Spirit. Wow, that sounds like a church that God can really use!

EXCELLENCE IN THE WORK PLACE
In the workplace, Christian men and women are needed in all positions of leadership. Christians should be the cream of the crop, desired by every employer as we serve in excellence with great communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Having positive attitudes and the ability to manage difficult situations make the equipped Christian shine. As we serve in excellence we can be sensitive to the Holy Spirit as he opens doors to minister, touch the hurting, and portray the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Christian business owners should be applying Christian priniciples of leadership, as they serve customers and those they employ. Work environments should have core values, hard work ethics, and an environment that encourages employees to stretch and grow. Learn to hire the best and manage wisely.

EXCELLENCE IN THE HOME
In the home God's people need a solid foundation. Marriages need to be strong, united, and a model to the world. With marriages that are God centered, built on sound communication skills, Christian fellowship, good parenting skills, soaked in prayer, and each member active in God's call on their life, couples can weather the great storms of life and create strong foundations and values for their children.

As we become highly skilled and sensitive to the direction of the Holy Spirit, we can truly be ministers of Jesus Christ where ever he calls us and be a beacon of light and hope to the world around us.
